Functions

1.Safety assurance:
1)Setting hydraulic pressure safety lock.

2)Setting emergency button switches.

3)Alarm system: setting oil starvation alarm,totally eight sets of warning device to ensure the accuracy and normal of working state and increase finished product yield.
4)Setting emergency opening device.

5)Equipment control circuit uses low-voltage control which can provide convenience for maintenance personnel and increase the security factor.
6)The photoelectric switch of safety grating and testing module around the equipment improves the safety of the staff and reduces the failure rate of the equipment.


2.Structure features:
1)Upper flange structure. The upper flange fixed flock on the machine could make it easy to fix the upper flange fix on the corresponding installation position and replace the rubber plate.
2)The seal ring is placed overhead to extend the service life.
3)Power arm balancing and lifting structure makes the opening and closing of upper room more stable and safer.
4)Anti-fold structure of the rubber plate could extend the service life of the rubber plate.
5)Use finishing thick steel plate as heating platform.

6)Using exposed upper flange fixing bolt which makes it convenient to replace rubber plate.


3.Application features:
Both one-time laminating and curing and three times laminating and curing are workable. The equipment of module production has high compatibility.


4.Performance features:
1)Intelligent temperature control system makes the temperature more homogeneous and easier to set and control.
2)Laminating pressure is adjustable and can be   adjusted according to the process, which makes the quality of modules better.
3)It could work continuously in high temperature for 24 hours.
4)The advanced touch screen operating platform makes it more intuitive to operate, makes it respond more quickly, make the performance more stable and the failure rate is further reduced.
5)Applying a fully humanized operating procedure. In the normal production, operators will only be required to put the modules on the heating platform and press the cover switch. The equipment will automatically laminate, cure and open cover automatically and wait for operator to start the next procedure.
6)Applying a fully humanized operating procedure.

7)Three-level linkage structure is compact and the belt structure is applied for the inputting and outputting to ensure the smoothness of the modules to be laminated.
